Symptoms

After you import a new branding file, any changes you made do not appear in Prepare.

Cause

Prepare cannot implement branding file changes on the fly. When you import a new branding file into Prepare, you must restart Prepare for any changes to take effect.

Solution

Restart Prepare after you import a new branding file.
