Symptoms

When making a new directive, with no actions appearing in the Actions box in the Edit Directives window, Prepare crashes when the OK button is clicked.

Cause

There is no Actions folder in the particular Vendor folder.

Solution

Copy an Action folder from a Vendor that has an Action folder to the Vendor that does not have an Action folder. This populates the Actions box in the Edit Directives window. It is not necessary to select an action to be in a directive, but the Action box must be populated with at least one action to avoid crashing.
