When using send2prepare in QuarkXPress, default printer not reset, files lost or sent to other printer

Symptoms		When using the send2prepare extension in QuarkXPress, the default printer is not reset and files are either lost or sent to a printer listed in Print Centre on the Macintosh computer.

Cause		This only happens on some Macintosh systems and appears to be a conflict between QuarkXPress and the particular Macintosh system it is running on.

Solution		For some Macs, when using the send2prepare extension in QuarkXPress, the default printer will have to be set manually. To do this, open the Printer Set Up utility and manually set send2prepare as the default printer.
