Symptoms

Automatic uploading of files from Prepare to InSite fails.

Cause

Prepare Uploader is not compatible with InSite 4.2.3 or 4.5.

Solution

Try either of the following solutions:

1. Manually upload files using InSite's Web interface.
2. Upgrade to Prepare 2.1, which is compatible with InSite 4.2.3 and 4.5.
