Symptoms |
In Prepare, after you use the Tab key, all text input fields in a window become unresponsive to any keyboard input. |

Cause |
Full Keyboard Access has been turned on. |

Solution |
You must turn off Full Keyboard Access. To access the on-off controls, select the Mac Apple icon, then System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse. If you require Full Keyboard Access, do not use the Tab key when running Prepare 2.1. |
