Symptoms |
When you try to update branded version of Prepare using the branding file stored on your Kodak InSite™ server, the update fails. |
Cause |
In the Branding Host window, the user name in the User Name box is being overwritten with an InSite URL. When Prepare Branded tries to update by communicating with the InSite server to check for a newer branding file to download, access is denied due to the incorrect user name. |
