Removing Completely the Old Legato Software

This is not necessary for upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1. It deletes the Legato indexes.

  1. At the command prompt type:

#nsr_shutdown –a

#nsr_ize –r –s
  1. Answer Yes to all questions.
  2. Reboot the system.
  3. At the command prompt type:

#umount /backup

#rmfs –r /backup

#rm –rf /nsr
