Legato Error ASC 0x3b ASCQ 0x83 - Setting Jukebox Options

Setting Jukebox Options:

The following parameters may need to be set for Legato in case an error of the type :"ASC 0x3b ASCQ 0x83" is received during load/unload operation. The parameters are set via nwadmin ->media ->jukebox ->view details ->jukebox options.

Same can be done via nsradmin over the modem.

eject_sleep

Set sleep time for eject operation.

eject_sleep = 90
sets eject_sleep to 90 seconds
( default value is 60 seconds)

unload_sleep

Set pause time when unloading volume. This delay was added for devices which return asynchronously from the unload operation before the operation is complete. The time delay is needed because nsrjb assumes that the operation has completedand may attempt another operation which may fail because the operation hasn't actually completed.

unload_sleep = 90
sets unload_sleep to 90 seconds
( default value is 60 seconds)

load_sleep

Set pause time when loading volume. This delay was added for devices which return asynchronously from the load operation before the device is ready. If the return is asynchronous, there may be errors in trying to access the device before it is ready. This delay was also added to give optical drives time to spin up.

load_sleep = 30
set load_sleep to 30 seconds
( default value is 15 seconds)
