iMate USB Adapter Causes Problems with Preps

 Preps with iMate USB adapter on Mac OS

Symptoms

The iMate USB adapter from Griffin Technology does not work with Preps.

Solutions

Two things can cause the problem.

First, ensure that the customer has downloaded the drivers from the Griffin Technologies web page: http://www.griffintechnology.com/imac/imate_driver.html.

If they are still having problems and receiving error messages, the problem is with extensions.
