A problem was occurring when copying whisper files and scans. The error message "Copy not complete due to error -1" appears and even though the file is copied, the copying process repeats. Especially with batch files, this was a big problem.

An update (Scinet Profile 1.4d1) has been distributed to a number of ATS, Product Support Specialists with the following message:

We have a fix for this problem. Tiye ATS/Product Support has received SciNet Profile 1.4d1. Please be aware that the version he/she received didn't go through a proper testing procedure yet. Soon we'll start an official process
for SciNet Span Pro that will include this SciNet Profile fix as well.

For time being please consider giving the present version fix to your customers.
