Symptoms		System reboots itself

Cause		This problem may occur when you have two or more programs that use filter drivers in a background process, such as an antivirus program that is providing real-time virus protection or an on-screen news feed program that displays a filtered list of news items. See Microsoft Hotfix 838804.

Solution		Ensure the system is backed up. Download and apply Microsoft hotfix 838804. Re-start the system.
