If your file does not open correctly after downloading: breaks in data transmission during file transfers are common when network traffic is high. A break and subsequent restart may cause an error at the restart point, which results in a corrupt transfer. The end result is a file that does not open or run correctly. For example, *.exe files may not run, *.pdfs may not open, and *.zip files may be reported as invalid archives. The simplest solution is to retry downloading the file. If the problem persists, try to download the file when network traffic is lighter.

To obtain one or more of these baseline OS ghost images, download and burn the DVD yourself, or order the specific DVDs from mailto:CDRequests@creo.com. If you need an entire set of DVDs, order the starter kit.

You can order a complete kit of the Dell Server Baseline OS Ghost Images (part number 634-00601A) for new application specialists or application specialists who have lost their complete collection of DVDs. These kits have a cost that will be billed to your region. We will update the kit with new DVDs or new versions of a DVD whenever available, but we will not send out automatic updates to the kit.
For all regions except US&C and EAMER, please order the kits via regular Order Management. If possible, order multiple kits at the same time instead of separate orders.
For US&C, please contact Oscar Garcia and provide the part number of the kit, your cost center, and the address to be shipped to. If possible, contact your local AIM (Application and Installation Manager) to see if multiple kits can be combined.
For EAMER, please contact Geert Everaerts, as EAMER has a local stock of these kits.
If you just need to replace one or a few DVDs, please download and burn the DVD yourself (using the downloads in the Baseline OS DVD list) or request the specific DVDs from mailto:CDRequests@creo.com.
