Error		"DCNetmon.exe Entry Point Not Found", "The procedure entry point SnmpUtilOctetsFree could not be located in the dynamic link library snmpapi.dll"

Symptoms		Cannot start Openmanage or IT assistant services

Cause		A different version of a required .dll has been loaded with W2K SP3

Solution		Search the hard drive for the snmpapi.dll and rename the one buried in the IT Assitant directory to snmpapi.old Restart any failed Dell services.
