Description | Some standalone AIT-3V drives shipped from Qualstar have incorrect DIP switch settings. If the DIP switches are not set correctly, Archiver will not work. | ||

Solution |
The AIT3-V drives should have DIP switches 1 to 7 set to ON, and DIP switch 8 set to OFF. ( Note: The AIT-3 section of the Installation Manual shows DIP switch settings for AIT3-C). | ||
