FCO27860 - Heat Sink kit for 43P-140 (freeze problem)

There is a freeze problem on Brisque platform 43P-140 (tiger1) and many system boards were replaced, the problem can be solved by attaching heat sink to the Voltage Regulator chip as described in the attached FCO.

To avoid the freeze problem we suggest to order kits for every engineer and once he visit site with 43P-140 he should implement the FCO.
