Additional Ethernet boards removed from Brisque to Lotem DCKs

As of 15 July 2003, we removed the additional Ethernet board that was part of the Direct Connectivity Kit (DCK). This board enabled point-to-point connectivity between Brisque and a Lotem® platesetter.

We now recommend that all customers connect Brisque to their Lotem platesetters via the network, utilizing the built-in Ethernet board that is supplied with Brisque. To learn this connectivity procedure, see Connecting the Brisque to the Lotem PC Controller (Via the network).

For customers who insist on using the point-to-point connectivity method, a separate Ethernet must be purchased:

Brisque Version Ethernet board Part no.
Brisque 3.x Fast Ethernet PCI board 501R44491

Brisque Serve 3.x

Fast Ethernet PCI board 501R44491
Brisque 4.x Fast Ethernet 10/100 BaseT board 015-00150A
