To use 1-Bit TIFF files as part of impofile or to send to Improof or Proof , it’s necessary to translate the TIFF files to Brisque Job. (4 process color only).

There are 2 ways to create Brisque job from "1-Bit TIFF files".

First change the name of the TIFF file (for each separation) from
"xxx-C.tiff" to "xxx.C" (not necessary for Screen2GO because it comes with the correct name)

Automatic workflow:

Drag the 4 TIFF files to Hot Folder together, in the 'Input file type' (of the HF) should be "TIFF LW".
In the Template of the translate please select LW to Brisque job.
After the Translate you will get Brisque job that include 4 Tiff LW under
the page.
now you can drag the Brisque job to Expose/PltExpose/Preview /Proof / Improof Process (you can use it also as a regular page in imposition file).

Manuel workflow:

To drag the 4 TIFF files to Template that doing "Translate LW to Brisque Job" (new option in
version 4).
After the Translate you will get Brisque job that include 4 Tiff LW under the page.
now you can drag the Brisque job to Expose/PltExpose/Preview /Proof / Improof Process (you can also use it as a regular page in imposition file).

Note:

  1. In Version 4 EP2 the Expose/Plat Expose support one bit tiff directly (on Dolevs / Lotems).
  2. Version 4.1 will supporot "Process + spot color" Translate to Brisque Job.
