Problem:

Some jobs with duotones (APR style) fails to RIP either on the Brisque or the PS/M. The error appears as "undefined; OffendingCommand;" and than some numbers and characters.

Solution:

Open the high res file(s) in Adobe Photoshop and resave than in "BINARY" format instead of "ASCII". Photoshop duotones work correctly only in "BINARY" format.
