Background

The Loading Full Version process does not automatically install the mandatory updates, therefore you must load them using the following procedure. You do not need to follow this procedure if you are doing a Cold Start installation or a migration from V3 to V4.

Procedure

1. Install Full Version
   1. Exit the Brisque application.
   2. Log in as root and type your password: ripro.
   3. Type: cd /usr/local/es.
   4. Type: stop-atalk now.
   5. Insert the Brisque Product 4.0.97 CD1 into the CD drive.
   6. Type scismit and press Enter. Select Software Handling > Loading Full Software Version.
   7. Press Enter twice to start the operation and follow the instructions on the screen.
2. Install the Mandatory Updates
   1. Insert Product CD 2 of 2 (4.0.97.18).
   2. Type scismit and press Enter. Select Software Handling > Update Software Packages
   3. Press Enter twice to start the operation.
   4. Press F4 to list the updates on the CD.
   5. Select Upd_Brisque4_97_1 and UpdResetBoard and press Enter twice.
   6. When you see the message Are You Sure?, press Enter. The system will automatically reboot when complete.
