No echo returns to Brisque 3.0.38 from the Dolev x50

Error		“No echo received from plotter”

Symptoms		There are no echo returns to the Brisque from the plotter during expose on the Dolev x50.

Cause		This is a known problem and will be fixed in Brisque 4.0.

Solution		NOTE: Pre-requisite, Brisque version 3.0.38 with UpdDolev 1.36. Download pltDc (5.8MB)(click the link to download). This download fixes the problem of no echo returns from the Dolev. Copy the file to a dataVolume on the Brisque (for example: /dataVolumes/brisque1.1.0/). The new file should replace the original file with the same name located in /scitex/version/progs. From the command prompt, perform the following: cd /scitex/version/progs (change directory). cp pltDc pltDc.ver (save the original). cp /dataVolumes/brisque1.1.0/pltDc /scitex/version/progs/ (replace old with new). chmod 755 pltDc (change new file permissions).
