Sending proofs from Brisque 3.0.38 or 4.0 (EP1) to KodakXP causes the error message “TSP don’t fetch data”

Error		“TSP don't fetch data”

Symptoms		While proofing to KodakXP, the above error message appears.

Cause		This is a known limitation, and will be fixed in Brisque 4 EP2 (4.0.97).

Solution		For Brisque 3: Pre- requisites to fix the above problem: Ver 3.0.38 CD option 2 UpdKodakXP 1.27 Download instructions: Download a compressed tar file fetch_sbi.tar.Z. Copy the file to one of the dataVolumes. Save the originals. Uncompress fetch_sbi.tar.Z. Run tar -xvf fetch_sbi.tar. The Patch will replace 3 files: /scitex/version/progs/kodakXP /scitex/version/progs/nsp2kodak /scitex/version/config/unix_pri.ans The new files will be replaced automatically in the right location with the correct permissions.
