In Brisque 3.0.38, the Resolution Intensity and Excurve Calibration dialog boxes are unavailable when performing a configuration

Symptoms		The Resolution Intensity and Excurve Calibration dialog boxes are unavailable (grayed out) when performing a configuration. The status is either failed, not connected, or plotting. It should be Connected.

Cause		This is a known problem and will be fixed in Brisque 4.

Solution		Perform a configuration and verify that the status reads as Connected.
