Symptoms

Incorrect angles intermittently appear on the media (film or plate) while exposing Imposition jobs with two signatures (back and front).

Solution

Prerequisite:
Brisque version 3.038+CD option 2 (UpD 3).

Replace the plateExp, expose, and pltDc files, located at /scitex/version/progs/ with files with the same names from the download site:

To do this:

1. Download (in binary mode) the files plateExp, expose, and pltDc.
2. Copy the files to one of the dataVolumes of the Brisque.
3. Save the original files to:

cd /scitex/version/progs/

cp expose expose.ver

cp pltDc pltDc.ver

cp plateExp plateExp.ver

4. Copy the new files to:

cp /dataVolumes/brisque.1.0/expose /scitex/version/progs/

cp /dataVolumes/brisque.1.0/pltDc /scitex/version/progs/

cp /dataVolumes/brisque.1.0/plateExp /scitex/version/progs/

5. Check that the permissions of the new files are 755 , if not change them.
6. Check for the capital/small letters in the names.
