When exposing from a Brisque 3.0.38, punches are activated whether they are configured to do so or not

When exposing from Brisque 3.0.38, punches are activated whether they are defined to do so or not

Symptoms		Punches are activated even when they are not defined in the press configuration or the template in the Brisque.

Cause		This is a known problem and will be fixed in Brisque 4.

Solution		Delete all punch definitions. Recreate the Punch definition again. The first set should include the spiral punch (number 3) only. The name should start with the letter A to ensure it's on top of the list. See the Brisque 3.0 User Guide for information on defining Punch definitions.
