In the Brisque 3.0.38 to Dolev 800 connectivity, the Resolution Intensity Tables only display 9 resolutions

Symptoms		After loading Brisque on an AIX connected to a Dolev 800, the Resolution Intensity Tables only shows 9 resolutions.

Solution		Delete some unused resolutions in order to free some lines in the table. All the resolutions exist on the Dolev 800. It is recommended to install the latest Micro version into the Dolev 800 before installing Brisque 3.0.38. The latest Micro version can be found in the Accessory CD from the Brisque software package.
