In Brisque 3.0.38 and 4.0, Punch offsets change on the Lotem for Preps Jobs

Symptoms		Punch offsets change on the Lotem for Preps jobs on a job-to-job basis. The same jobs punch correctly on the Dolev. If there are marks outside the press sheet on one Preps template (especially text marks on the bottom of the sheet) and other Preps templates are not consistent, the templates punch differently.

Cause		The Dolev aligns to the center punch hole (pivot) position, but the Lotem aligns to the bottom of the bounding box and centers the job.

Solution		Make sure there are no marks that hang outside the press sheet in the Preps templates, or make sure all the marks outside the press sheets are consistent in their placement.
