Symptoms

PDF files generated by the Brisque (via Normalizer or  PDF2Go applications), do not have the correct file type for the Macintosh.

Solution

1. Correct the extension mapping for .pdf files by using the Ethershare Admin Extension Mapping tool (under the list box in Ethershare Admin).
2. Double-click the .pdf line.
3. Change the file type in the list box from text to PDF.
