In Brisque 3.0.38 and 4.0, DCS2.0 does not work with a distilled PostScript

Symptoms		DCS2.0 APR does not work with a distilled PostScript file.

Cause		This is a known limitation.

Solution		Open the PSImage file of the DCS2.0 in the QuarkXPress application Create a PS file. Distill and Normalize it.
