PPD Parameters ignored when printing via a Ethershare 2.6 spooler in Brisque 3.0.38 and 4.0

Symptoms		When printing from Brisque to a print spooler on a server that has Helios Ethershare 2.6, PPD parameters used to control the actions in a Brisque hot folder are ignored. Instead, the Brisque hot folder settings are used. This is not the case if the server is running Ethershare 2.5.

Cause		This is a known problem and currently under investigation with Helios.

Solution		Print directly to the Brisque. If OPI is required, then use the OPI/APR facility on the Brisque. An alternative is to create separate hot folders for the separate parameters that are required.
