Symptoms

It is impossible to delete folders or files from a dataVolume in the RIPpro server.

Cause

When Norton Utility with Filesave 3.5.2 is installed on your Macintosh system, you cannot delete files from the AIX operating system.

Solution

Remove the Norton Utility with Filesave from the Macintosh.
