Symptoms

The PFC RIP (or Preview) of a PDF file fails in the JTT (or Hot Folder).

Cause

If in the PFC RIP dialog box, the PDF Output file option is cleared, the Preview or RIP will fail in your Job Ticket Template.

This is a known problem and is solved in Brisque 4.0.

Solution

1. In the PFC RIP dialog box, select the PDF output file option.
2. Select the PDF output file to other folder option.
