Can't print separate pages for each PDF separation in Brisque 3.0.38

Symptoms		Can't print separate pages for each PDF separation.

Solution		RIPing a pre-separated PDF creates separate pages for each separation. Pre-separated PDF's can be created by Distilling or Normalizing a pre-separated PS file. If you do not have the pre-separated PS file: Open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat. Export back to PostScript.
