Symptoms

In the RIPro Server and RIPro Archiver, the Queue Manager does not start.

Cause

There are too many entries in the Queue Manager.

Solution

1. Exit Brisque.
2. Login as root.
   rm $SCI_CONFIG/QS_backup
3. Open Brisque.
