HP 5000 device does not work with Brisque 3.0.38

Symptoms		HP 5000 device does not work with Brisque 3.0.38.

Solution		Download the file (46.1MB) from this link. Download according to the operating system you will use to install the patch. The patch is installed over the network after you configure the HP5000 as a printer on your computer. Read the installation information on the link of the download to install the download. The installation time is approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on the network speed. On the Brisque, configure the HP5000 as HP3000, via Parallel. HP 5000 firmware with the A.02.10 download is RTL backwards compatible, thereby, enabling the printer to correctly print RTL files generated by earlier printer driver versions (for example, 750, 1050, 1050, CP, and so on). Note: HP5000 printers configured as HP3000 will output in HP3000 quality, using only 4 colors.
