Symptoms

Printers attached to deleted Brisque hot folders still display in AppleTalk. You cannot delete the printers.

Cause

Brisque hot folders were not deleted properly.

Solution

1. From the Macintosh Chooser, log on as root.
2. Mount the EtherShare Applications volume.
3. Copy the Ethershare Admin application to the Macintosh.
4. Open Ethershare Admin.
5. Log on as root.
6. From the Lists menu, select print. The Printers window opens.
7. Select the relevant printers.
8. From Edit menu, choose Clear (cmd + B).
9. Log off and check the Chooser.
10. If the problem persists, contact Remote Support.
