Partial date received for path, copy cannot be performed.

Symptoms

In Brisque or Timna, folders cannot be recovered via the FileTrack application from a Macintosh G4 running Mac OS 9.2.2, and an error message appears.

Cause

This problem occurs if the Macintosh G4 computer has two partitions or two boot disks, and has both Mac OS 9.2.2 and Mac OS X installed.

Solution

Remove the Mac OS X from the Macintosh, and leave only the Mac OS 9.2.2 operating system. This is a workaround, and currently, there are no plans to find a permanent solution to this problem.
