Error

Proofer communication error

Symptoms

When more than two Improof jobs are waiting in the queue to be printed, a Proofer communication error message appears on Brisque and it fails to print the jobs.

Solution

Do one of the following:

• Install the Improof update from the Brisque 4.1 Addtional Updates CD (#7),

Or:
• From the FTP site, download the Upd_Brisque41_Improof_1.tar Improof update and the ReadMe_41_Improof_1.pdf ReadMe file, and follow the instructions in the ReadMe file.
