Error

System error 10001

Symptoms

After migrating from Brisque 4.0.97.x to version 4.1.76, an error message appears and the improof process fails.

Cause

This error appears after migrating from Brisque 4.0.97.x to version 4.1.76 when the printQualityDescr.cnf file (located in /scitex/version/prf_config) overwrites the newer version while the software configuration is being restored.

Solution

Perform the Full loading version procedure for version 4.1.76 and Upd1 using SciSMIT. After completing the full loading procedure, save the configuration to the SciSMIT to prevent this problem from happening in the future. The final solution will be included in the next Improof disk.
