Symptoms

During device configuration of Brisque 4.X with Trendsetter or Specturm, the Trendsetter and Spectrum screen sets are not available.

After configuring the Trendsetter and/or Spectrum, the Plate Expose dialog box appears to open, but then stops responding.

Cause

The Trendsetter names were changed in Print Console 3.4 and later (Trendsetter MCE), or in Print Console 2.2.4 and later (Trendsetter MPE).

Solution

For Brisque 4.0.97.23, upgrade to version 4.1.76 and then install the Output_5 update. Find this update on the FTP site.

In Brisque 4.1.76, install the Output_5 update. Find this update on the FTP site.
