Symptoms

Vignettes in the Adobe^® PostScript^® file disappear after normalize to PDF on Brisque.

Cause

Vignettes that were created in Macromedia^® FreeHand^® as Brisque vignettes using the Scitex.prp file from the UserPrep folder in FreeHand.

Solution

1. Remove the Scitex.prp file from the UserPrep folder in FreeHand and regenerate the vignettes.
2. Print the PostScript file again using the new vignettes.
   Note: Using Acrobat^® Distiller^® to reprint the PostScript file provides good results.
