Symptoms

Scanned images from Adobe^® Photoshop^® with 16-bit color depth are not supported in Brisque 4.1 and later.

Cause

The Brisque raster interface and CT/LW formats are 8 bits per separation.

Solution

To work around the problem:

In Photoshop, from the Mode menu, save the 16 Bits/Channel image as an 8 Bits/Channel image.
