Kodak® Brisque® 5.x software |
Platform |
All Brisque platforms |
Operating system |
IBM® AIX® 5.2 |
Symptoms |
When you RIP the Kodak Plate Control Strips (KPCS) in Brisque, the result is a blank page. |
Solution |
Use the following workaround: Instead of using the individual control strips, use the full Kodak Plate Test Targets (KPTT) which have the KPCS embedded inside them. The KPTT files can be found on http://techplanet.creo.com/common/test_files/cptt.htm Additionally, embedding the KPCS in any graphic application job, such as Adobe® InDesign® software, can also provide good results.
