Symptoms

RIP failed and an error message appears when the template that was used is a template that was migrated from Brisque 4.1.

Cause

The template migration from Brisque 4.1 was unsuccessful.

Solution

1. Open the template.
2. In the RIP dialog box, under Others > Fonts, select Use Font Substitution.
   
   
   
   
3. Save the template.
