Brisque could not create a job

Symptoms

The RIP process fails when a PDF file is RIPed using Advanced Color Handling. An empty job is created with an error message appears.

Cause

On the Macintosh^®, the ICC profile was copied to the Brisque shared item.

Solution

To correctly attach the ICC profile, import it via the Brisque client:

1. Open the Resource Center in the Brisque client.
2. Select ICC Profiles from the list and click the + sign in the lower left corner.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Choose ICC Profile dialog box, select your ICC profile and click Choose.
