Symptoms

When a multiple layout job is sent to Integris, one or more layouts are not proofed.

Solution

Install BrisqueProof Agent version 1.00.44:

1. Download BrisqueProofAgent1.00.44.exe to the Print Console workstation.
2. Remove the BrisqueProofAgent version that is currently installed on Print Console and restart the computer.
3. Double-click BrisqueProofAgent1.00.44.exe (the file you downloaded in step 1). The file is self-extracted and password-protected—password is kodak.
4. Install the software.
