Symptoms

Performance problems with Brisque Queue Manager—for example, cannot open Queue Manager, Queue Manager is slow or stops responding.

Cause

There are too many entries in the Queue Manager.

Solution

1. Quit the application.
2. Log in as root
3. Type rm $SCI_CONFIG/QS_backup
4. Start the application.
