Symptoms

Loading Brisque 5.1 Product CD1 (part number 633-00240B) and CD2 (part number 633-00241B) sometimes fails.

Cause

Incompatibility problems with the 6E3 DVD drive when reading CD format.

Solution

Use the following workaround.

When the content of Brisque 5.1 Product CD1 and CD2 is prepared in DVD format, there are no problems installing Brisque 5.1 on the 6E3 platform. The following DVD versions were prepared and sent to the field product groups in US&C and CEM:

• Brisque v5.1 Product DVD 1/2 (CD1) (651-00654A)
• Brisque v5.1 Product DVD 2/2 (CD2) (651-00655A)

Note: The DVDs can be duplicated locally.
