These features, together with additional features, are detailed in the Brisque 5.1 EP Release Notes and Brisque 5.1 What's New. Refer to the Reference page.
The Brisque v51Ready program and its accompanying documents can be found on the Downloads page.
Using Brisque Pack LRS, you can create a low resolution EPS file when
the single 1-up element is RIPed on the Brisque. The EPS file contains
a link to the RIPed package. You can manually step and repeat the EPS file in
a desktop application and create PS files with links to the RIPed CT/LW of the
single package.
Brisque Pack PCF is a file format designed to provide an efficient way
of transferring instructions for packaging layouts. The PCF format is similar
to the well-known ICF, which is the Imposition Control File used in Brisque
Impose workflows. It is comprised of one copy of the HiRes data or a link to
that data, together with instructions for positioning the repeated files. PCF
can be generated through various applications including Barco systems, StepOne,
and Pandora.
StepOne is a Macintosh-based step-and-repeat software that uses the PCF
format to send packaging layouts to a Brisque Pack station.
Brisque 5.1.32 software is released to Full production (FP). Refer to
Brisque 5.1 FP steering presentation (18 Sep 2006). Find further information in the Brisque 5.1 EP ready for distribution
document.
Note: When installing or upgrading to Brisque 5.1, refer to Brisque 5.1 passwords.
