Symptoms

When you run the jbconfig Legato command from a terminal window, the terminal session stops responding for 30 minutes.

Brisque Serve or Timna is connected to a Data Direct Networks EF-2000 RAID unit with a Cambex HBA (Host Bus Adapter).

Cause

The Legato inquire sub-command causes the terminal session to stop responding.

Solution

1. Turn off the EF-2000 RAID unit.
2. Configure the jukebox auto-changer (click this link for further instructions).
