Multi-tasking is not possible during retrieve or archive in Brisque Serve

Symptoms		Mutli-tasking during retrieve or archive is not possible from FileTrak. Only one archival or retrieval can be active at any given time.

Cause		There is a problem in the Queue manager that does not clear the shared memory until the Brisque Serve station has been shut down for a while. Restarting the computer does not solve the problem.

Solution		Shut down Brisque Serve for 5 minutes to clear the shared memory.
